If you are coming for a periodontal evaluation, the initial comprehensive exam generally lasts from 30 minutes to an hour. Dr. Hogan will then diagnose your periodontal condition and recommend the best treatment options.

Payment is expected when services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance. We will review payment options to accommodate your financial needs. We work with several payment plans from secondary parties such as: Care Credit Financing and Lending Club Patient Solutions Financing. For your convenience, we accept cash or money order, checks, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards with Visa and Master Card logos.
We will help you receive your full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account. We encourage you to contact us if your policy has not been paid within the applicable time period.
